I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations of the cruise ship! The traditional and modern-inspired interior design was simply stunning. It added a touch of elegance and made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious floating hotel. The general areas of the ship were well-maintained...  

I had an amazing time on my recent trip with Halong Paloma Cruise! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and were incredibly friendly. The boat itself was lovely and the beds...  

Very authentic boat. Nourishing delicious food. An interesting entertainment (mandatory) program. The real concern about the experiences of tourists.

Need to be prepared that, in the vessel is difficult to achieve real comfort. Especially in the cold season - there is nowhere to dry clothes, sauna does not work. And very few cases - suitcases stood in the aisles - some cabins quite close.

rooms very comfortable. staff very friendly. food excellent far too much though.Booked.neting was great, weather was good. cave of suprises was interesting but the weather changed and we had to leave early...  

The place was clean with a dedicated and best staff especially Justin the manager. Amazing and beautiful location for the second day dinner having a separate menu on the other side of the restaurant made it easy to get to key attractions. And we were next to the most beautiful, the cave, and boats.

A lot of food for breakfast, it was good. The location was stunning and spectacular, to a private cave, it's a plus. Most of the staff were very professional and competent.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, delicious food, exceptional views. The stuff where understanding and courteous and the location was amazing to harbour.

was a good choice for trip. it was luxurious, gorgeous and with a double bed. the location was stunning for traveling around ha long, next to paloma cruise, and the cruise port. the food they offered was outstanding, had a wide array of meals.

It was clean and the staff were excellent, beds were very comfy. Fab food and splendid room - had a very very good stay of night in the along bay. It boasted wonderful views of halong bay. Location: the hotel was close enough to the beautiful Halong Bay and the cave and kayaking. Was a handy base for trip...

Friendly staff. Cabin was clean and nice. The size of the boat (and of the group) was not too big. Tour programme was dense and interesting, especially the Booked.neting was good fun. Food was diverse and of good quality, although the drinks were rather expensive for Vietnamese standards.

When we got back to the port we had to wait for a good hour for the bus transport back to Hanoi. Tai Chi in the morning was cancelled because there was no teacher. The cruise company charged three percent credit card fee that was not mentioned in the booking confirmation.

I must say, the value for the money was excellent. We got a comfortable room with a stunning view, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff at the cruise were amazing, they treated us like family and made our stay memorable.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, specifically in terms of variety.

The wooden boat was so cool and gave us major pirate vibes. We had so much fun trying out Tai Chi lessons in the morning, even though we stumbled a lot. The staff were super friendly and made the experience even better.

The only thing we wished for was more late-night party options. It would have been awesome if there was a DJ or some kind of nightlife activity for us young party-goers.

Our stay at Halong Paloma Cruise was incredible. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel like family. The activities were enjoyable, especially the tai chi in the morning. The meals were delicious and plentiful, satisfying our cravings. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall, I highly recommend this cruise.

Buffet breakfast, friendly crew, nice kayaking, good lunch and dinner with multiple courses. Efficient pickup service from Hanoi. Charmingly worn boat, attentive staff, accommodating to dietary needs, dealt well with recent regulations. Boat looked like its pictures, unlike others in the bay.
